Egypt Law :On Joining a Foreign Authority

An employee is considered resigned if he has joined a foreign authority; whether this party is inside or outside the country; as long as his enrollment is without permission by the competent authority​

يعتبر العامل مستقيلا إذا التحق بخدمة جهة أجنبية, سواء كانت هذه الجهة داخل الدولة أو خارجها طالما تم الالتحاق بدون إذن السلطة المختصة
