Egypt Law : Lease Agreement

A lease is temporary by its nature and so duration (the starting and the ending date) must be specified.

In case the contracting parties do not reach a consensus on the duration, then it will be set by the judge based on the contracting conditions and the intention of the contracting parties.​

عقد الإيجار مؤقت بطبيعته, يجب أن تحدد مدته (تاريخ بدايته وتاريخ نهايته) وإذا لم يتفق المتعاقدين على مدته, حددها القاضى مستندا إلى ظروف العقد ونية المتعاقدين.​
